We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join a successful, international B2B organisation based in impressive central Birmingham offices. Working as part of a small team, the Marketing Coordinator will support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, contributing to brand awareness, lead generation and product activity. Responsibilities will include supporting product launches in line with a global marketing calendar, coordinating marketing events, webinars and trade shows, and assisting with post-event reporting and lead follow-up. The role will also involve creating and adapting marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, sales decks and point-of-sale materials, managing local social media content, supporting website updates and ensuring accurate product and catalogue information across online platforms. In addition, the Marketing Co-ordinator will support PR and external communications activity, liaise with agencies and media partners, track campaign performance using CRM systems, assist with competitor research and market analysis, and contribute to reporting on key marketing metrics. Budget tracking, invoice processing and cost control will also form part of the role. The successful candidate will be degree qualified in Marketing or a related subject (or have equivalent experience) and will have a minimum of three years experience in a marketing or agency environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple projects are essential. The role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively. Experience using Adobe Suite and/or Canva, exposure to a B2B environment and some digital marketing experience would be advantageous.
