Programme Overview
Year One: Cover Supervisor Role
* Duration: September 2026 – August 2027
* Salary: £22,500 – £25,000
* Focus: Intensive training & mentorship
* Experience: Classroom experience & observation
Year Two: Teacher Training Placement
* Duration: September 2027 – July 2028
* Salary: Continued salary support
* Focus: Work towards QTS
* Outcome: Qualified Teacher Status
Year One: Cover Supervisor with Full Training Support
Your Role: Spend your first year as a paid Cover Supervisor, gaining invaluable classroom experience while receiving comprehensive teacher training.
Your Development:
* Regular training sessions covering lesson planning, behaviour management, assessment, and safeguarding
* Dedicated one-to-one mentorship and coaching
* Opportunities to observe and learn from experienced teachers
* Gradual development of classroom confidence and teaching skills

Year Two: Formal Teacher Training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
