Our client, a leading name in the luxury fashion industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join their dynamic team to cover some team annual leave during a busy time. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding support.\n\nJob Title: Customer Care Executive \n\nContract: Temporary\n\nPay: £15-£16 \n\nHours: 10am-6pm \n\nDuration: 11th-26th August \n\nLocation: Victoria, London\n\nIn this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Customer Care requests across e-commerce and retail. You will provide a proactive and exceptional customer service experience, taking ownership of the customer service portal, tracking, and following up on daily requests.\n\nManaging all online customer queries via email, telephone, and live chat, resolving any order discrepancies including exchanges and refunds when needed.
Ensuring they are adhered to in a timely manner\nAdvising customers on the product options available, fully engaging with customers online, by phone, WhatsApp and on social media\nAssist customers with placing orders and managing order-related queries\nUpdate customer profiles accurately \nWork collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service\nEffectively and closely manage orders from VIP clients, including special made-to-orders requests\nMonitor and measure the current customer service experience, collecting feedback and providing feedback to management team\nIf required offer operational support to warehouse which includes mainly procedures around online orders; returns; faulty items \n\nWhat are we looking for? \n\nPrevious experience in a customer service role is essential, preferably in a fashion / ecommerce / retail environment\nPrevious experience working with MS Office, Shopify and Zendesk is required\nConfident and an exceptional communicator who is articulate in written and spoken English\nAbility to multi-task, stay patient and remain calm under pressure\nA good team player, who can also work autonomously\nA flexible individual with a can do attitude, enthusiasm and good initiativeAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
