Team Leader Pay rate: £ 16.50 per hour Shift Pattern: 8am- 8pm 24 hours on rota, 12 hours off rota We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to support an individual living in their own home in Cheltenham. This person lives with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, FND, and Gastroparesis, but this does not define them. More interestingly they have a passion for rehoming vintage treasures, creative projects, and gardening. You’ll combine hands-on, person-centred care with team leadership, ensuring support is high-quality, consistent, and tailored. Local knowledge of Cheltenham and a full UK driving licence are essential to make the most of outings. You’ll bring experience in: Complex care Supporting behaviours perceived as challenging Mental health Managing multiple allergies In this role, you will: Provide 2:1, personalised care and enriching activities Lead, motivate, and manage a Large team of support workers this may involve escalating to CCMs, running team meetings and hot and cold debriefs after escalations.
