We offer guaranteed interviews to care leavers who apply for roles within Go North West. This scheme ensures that you are given an opportunity to discuss your career aspirations with us and explore available roles.
Once employed, you can benefit from our New Chapter Scheme, which will provide ongoing mentorship. You will be paired with an experienced mentor who will offer guidance, act as a sounding board, and support your personal and professional development throughout your career progression.

For driver apprenticeship roles, the interview will include a discussion about the job and a Maths and English test.
Location: Go North West’s depots are located in Bolton, Wigan, Heywood, and Denton. The roles are based here and in surrounding areas.
