Stannah have an exciting opportunity for a Final Process Checking Operator (Master) to join the 260 Rail Manufacture team based in Newburn. This role will involve ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards before reaching the end customer, maintaining a strong “right first time” (RFT) approach. You will be responsible for final-stage quality checks, working from technical drawings, and ensuring that products meet quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) requirements within a safe working environment. As the Final Process Checking Operator, you will work a 37-hour working week, Monday - Wednesday 19:45 to 05:45, Thursday 19:45 to 04:45 and receive a 33% shift uplift. This is a permanent role.
