Role : Procurement Administrator
Pay : GBP15.50 : GBP16.50 per hour
Location: Leicestershire, LE67 1TL
Shift pattern: Mon:Fri, 8.30am : 5pm with 1hr for lunch (3 days in the office 2 remote) 40hrs
Duration: 12 months contract
Start date : ASAP
Responsibilities:
* Procurement administration of tasks
* response to queries into central mailbox
* review and release / challenge of requisitions within Coupa PO system
* support Category Manager with ad hoc queries and tender activity
* various system admin activities across E1, SAP, Coupa and Causeway CPA
* supporting calls from site to resolve PO issues
* Communicating findings with relevant staff members
* General administration duties, emailing, filing, data entry, answering calls
* Collaborating data into IT systems
Experience needed:
* Prior experience in an office based administrative role
* Previous procurement experience
* Capacity to operate under minimal supervision
* Strong IT literacy skills with MS Office and Google suite
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
