£500 – £570 per week

Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Work with students 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning
* Assist with planning, resources, and general classroom management
* Help monitor student progress and provide feedback to staff
* Build positive relationships with students to support both academic and personal development
* Gain first-hand experience in a secondary school setting ahead of a PGCE or teacher training route
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A 2:1 degree (or higher) in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Psychology, or a related subject
* A strong academic background, including A-levels and GCSEs
* Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting young people in a classroom setting
* Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is beneficial but not essential
