Role Responsibilities • Providing first and second-line technical support • Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues • Maintaining user accounts, devices and security protocols • Supporting AV and classroom technologies • Assisting with upgrades, system maintenance and large-scale IT projects • Delivering friendly, efficient support to staff and students Experience and Qualifications • IT support experience (school experience beneficial but not required) • Strong working knowledge of Windows, Office 365 and networks • Excellent communication and customer service skills • IT qualifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) desirable Salary Paid to local support staff scale depending on experience.
