Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
* Contribute to well-known open-source repositories with production-quality code.
* Author, review, and manage Pull Requests (PRs) in large and complex codebases.
* Merge new features and fixes while maintaining code quality and project standards.
* Collaborate with distributed engineering teams on open-source development workflows.
* Ensure robustness, scalability, and maintainability of contributed code.
Requirements
* Strong, demonstrated experience contributing to major open-source projects (e.g., GitHub).
* Proven ability to author, review, and merge Pull Requests in large codebases.
* Strong software engineering background with professional industry experience.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to start immediately and work independently in a remote environment.
