Due to new large contracts in their healthcare division, they are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant for their busy Doncaster branch in South Yorkshire. Main Duties:
* Act as primary client contact, recording expectations and facilitating communication
* Proactively pursue new business opportunities and manage sales leads
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries promptly and professionally
* Prepare applicant profiles for client consideration and maintain relationships
* Guide candidates and clients on shift terms
* Conduct outreach to potential clients and build relationships
* Collaborate with the commercial team to understand and communicate offerings
* Meet/exceed targets, including financial goals, and report to Branch Manager
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, contractual obligations, and legislation
* Maintain accurate records of workers, clients, and service users
* Follow company procedures for payroll and recruitment
* Promote equal opportunities, handle complaints, and adhere to health and safety laws
* Assist neighboring branches as needed and complete required training
* Uphold company values and undertake additional duties as required
Candidate Requirements:
* Full UK driving license
* Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably within healthcare
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of the healthcare sector within recruitment
