French speaking Personal Assistant / Administration Coordinator (PA/EA)
Location: South Normanton - Mansfield area, Nottinghamshire
Hybrid work with 4 days in the office and Fridays work from home
Salary: up to £37,500 per annum plus benefits

Main Duties
* Responsible for managing the Director’s diary including meetings, travel and the preparation of briefing materials.
* Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support, including drafting documents and managing communications.
* Coordinate meetings and events while also handling agendas, minutes and logistics.
* Conduct research and prepare reports, summaries and presentations.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring a high level of professionalism.
* Arrange and manage travel logistics, bookings, itineraries and trip coordination.
* Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and communications.
* Support the wider leadership team with ad‑hoc tasks and project coordination as needed.
Candidate
* Fluent in French to Business level standard.
* Experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (or similar administrative experience supporting a senior manager 1-to-1).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken) with confidence handling challenging enquiries.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
* Self‑motivated and flexible with the ability to work independently and adapt working hours when needed.
* Advanced IT proficiency especially in Microsoft Office.
* Car owner due to location.
* Position commences 5th January 2026.
