Role Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for a team of 5+ members
- Manage daily workflows, monitor SLAs, and ensure timely task completion
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development sessions
- Maintain data integrity and manage recruitment via CRM systems
- Lead team meetings, drive operational excellence, and promote company values
- Mentor team members and support redeployment initiatives
