Associate Conservation Architect Job in Bermondsey, London

This position is for an Associate Conservation Architect, you will ideally be working towards or already have a Conservation Accreditation.
Role & Responsibilities
1. To join a dedicated team to work on and deliver heritage and conservation schemes across all RIBA stages in London
2. You will prioritise project delivery and new business generation activities and support the delivery of a long-term strategy with this particular project
3. Manage and guide your own team throughout projects
4. Work within a team and support Senior Associates on each project.
Required Skills & Experience
5. Part III qualified with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience
6. AABC or RIBA SCA/ CA accreditation is essential or already/willing to work towards it
7. Excellent design, technical and conservation skills and experience
8. Experience in delivering projects throughout all project stages
9. Have a strong understanding of the UK building and planning regulations
10. Proven experience across all RIBA stages
11. Experience with NEC4 contracts
12. Experience in business development, work winning and bidding
13. Project management and project running experience
14. AutoCAD skills are essential, and Revit and NBS is very desirable
15. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
