Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN or RMN) | £53,500 per annum | 44 Hours per week
Looking for a role where your clinical expertise and leadership make a real difference every day? Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their growing team. The home provides exceptional care for older adults, many of whom are living with dementia.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse who thrives in a supportive, person-centred environment and is ready to step into a key leadership role. You'll guide, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated carers and nurses - helping to shape a positive culture while ensuring outstanding clinical care.
What We're Looking For:
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
* Proven experience in a nursing home or dementia care setting.
* Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, elderly care, and dementia support.
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
* Ability to lead a team effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
* A compassionate, empathetic, and proactive approach to care delivery.
* Confident in managing clinical risk, safeguarding, and care compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strong clinical leadership across the nursing team to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
* Monitor and evaluate care plans, ensuring they are updated in line with residents' changing needs.
* Act as a role model and mentor to junior staff, supporting training and development.
* Ensure safe medication administration and clinical procedures in line with best practice and regulatory standards.
* Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and choice for all residents.
* Lead and support clinical audits, risk assessments, and safeguarding practices.
* Foster open communication with residents, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
* Support with staff rotas, supervisions, and clinical governance processes.
