Job Opportunity: Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant (12pm-6pm)

Contract: 1 Year (Fixed-Term)

Hours: 12:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Salary: £85-£110 a day
We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive 3-form entry primary school in the heart of Walthamstow, who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a fixed-term 1-year contract.
The successful candidate will support children across Reception to Key Stage 1, providing tailored SEN support to help pupils thrive in their learning and development.
Key Requirements:
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).
Experience of working with children in Early Years and/or Key Stage 1.
A strong understanding of play-based, child-centred learning.
Ability to provide targeted SEN support while enabling children to access the wider curriculum.
Flexible, patient, and able to adapt support to individual needs.
A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
