The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of full lifecycle development — from architecture and design through to deployment and optimisation. You’ll be working across both the front and back end, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to build products that directly impact the future of energy.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with real autonomy and room to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Build and Own
* Develop scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js
* Design and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs
* Lead architectural decisions across the full stack
* Own features end-to-end, from planning through to production
Collaborate
* Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and engineers
* Align technical solutions with business needs
* Integrate cloud-based services, primarily AWS
Improve
* Identify and implement performance and security improvements
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practices
* Stay current with industry trends and recommend new technologies
What We’re Looking For
* Strong commercial experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and JavaScript
* Solid understanding of back-end development and API design
* Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
* Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
* Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices
* Proven ability to work independently and within a fast-paced, agile team
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
