This role is offered as a Modern Apprenticeship within a small independent bakery. You will be employed while training and will learn practical bakery skills on the job, alongside completing a recognised qualification with an approved training provider.\n\nYou will be trained to:\n\nMake bread from scratch, using raw ingredients\n\nKnead, shape, and bake bread on site\n\nAssist with daily bakery production\n\nPrepare baked goods for sale\n\nMaintain cleanliness and follow HACCP and House Rules at all times\n\nAll bread is made, baked, and sold on the premises. This is a hands-on, practical role and will involve early starts. Full training and support will be provided throughout the apprenticeship.\n\nYou will work closely with experienced staff to develop traditional bread-making skills while supporting the day-to-day running of a small working bakery.
