About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, people-focused LGV Senior Team Manager to join our Logistics team at Ocado. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing our transport site operations — ensuring all deliveries run safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of customer service.
This is a leadership role at the heart of our operation. You’ll inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team of LGV drivers and managers to deliver outstanding results every day. You’ll be a visible leader who leads by example, builds trust, and champions collaboration — creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and proud to be part of Ocado.
As deputy to the Transport Manager, you’ll also oversee the site in their absence, ensuring consistent performance, safety, and service excellence.
