Successful client focussed Consultancy firm specialising in Executive Search with offices in London and New York are looking for a confident, proactive, graduate Executive Assistant/Team Coordinator on a hybrid basis working three days in their London office based in the City. You will join a professional, friendly, sociable team, providing support to the Managing Director and senior leadership team (all fee earners) focussing on professional services.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years EA/Team Assistant experience within a corporate environment, previous Executive Search/high end recruitment experience would be beneficial.Key duties:•Providing full EA/Team Administration support to the Managing Director and senior leadership team•Extensive diary management •Booking candidate interviews and arranging all logistics, experience with working across time zones ideal •Setting up calls for the Founding Partner and other team members •Uploading CVs to portals •Updating the firm’s CRM systems •Assisting in organisation of client events •Marketing support including social media campaigns •Onboarding new staff •Facilities admin support including liaising with the I.T. provider to resolve simple I.T. issues •Finance administration support Ideal candidate: •Minimum 2 years previous EA/Team Administration experience within professional services, ideally with Executive Search exposure •High attention to detail in all written and verbal communication •Naturally confident, well presented, client focussed •Happy to provide team support along with helping with facilities support Hours: 9-6pm with flexibilityThis is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate EA/Team Coordinator looking to develop their career within a client focussed industry and join a sociable team keen to assist you in developing your career!!!**ANGELA MORTIMER PLC ACT AS A RECRUITMENT BUSINESS FOR THIS ROLE** -
