Desirable: Knowledge and hands-on experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the firms network infrastructure on-premises and in cloud environments. Deploy and create scalable cloud solutions, collaborating closely with development teams to architect and implement reliable and scalable cloud solutions using Azure services. Design and plan cloud structures that meet organizational strategies, focusing on scalability, performance, and security. Create and maintain solution documentation for cloud network security. Manage and maintain the firms vulnerability management solutions and remediate vulnerabilities in line with the firms policies. Ensure that all infrastructure is patched according to the firms patching policy and schedule of changes. Troubleshoot and fix Server edge connect related issues, documenting all troubleshooting steps in the IT Service Management tool. Provide advanced technical support to other departmental teams. Ensure all systems and services are proactively monitored using the IT Departments tools. Liaise with vendors and external partners. Ensure that all services have adequate business continuity (BCDR) protection in place. Ensure that all configurations are backed up in line with the firms backup policy.
