Position: Sales Advisor at Vertu Renault York
We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Vertu Renault York. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £28,000, with an on-target earnings of £34,000, and the potential to earn more. No previous experience is required! We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding program to help you succeed and maximize your earnings from day one. After 6 months, you can transfer to a Sales Executive position, increasing your on-target earnings to over £45,000 plus a Company Car.
Working Hours and Schedule
You will work a 40-hour week, typically five 8-hour shifts, including most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), with a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays, allowing you to enjoy your day off without interruption.
Responsibilities
* Support customers throughout their car-buying journey, including arranging test drives, assisting with finance options, and guiding through accessories.
* Engage with customers online, in-store, on the phone, or via video, both locally and nationally.
* Deliver excellent customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills and confidence with technology.
Requirements
* Full driving license (manual and automatic).
* Ability to provide excellent customer service.
* Experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer service or sales-led field is desirable.
