Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be working with our Public sector client in Cheshire as they recruit an Interim HR Advisor, during a period of change. This contract will be for up to 6 months, based at their Cheshire site. This role will report to a HR Business Partner and sit on a HR projects team The role will support a number of Managers and the team of HR Business Partners in a very generalist remit to include Employee relations, Recruitment and Change management, Provide advice and guidance to management on a wide range of HR topics Develop and update policies and process Provide expert knowledge and advice to managers on a wide range of HR issues, such as absence management, discipline & grievance, performance and capability and change management; Analyse people data and produce meaningful reporting for key stakeholders showing trends, return on investment and value for money Work closely with the L&D team, supporting management in leadership development, advising, guiding and coaching to identify gaps in training Support in HR Project work across the department The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Advisor with vast experience of ER management, within a unionised public sector environment.
