Territory Sales Manager – ENT (Scotland)
We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a talented medical device salesperson to join our supportive, ambitious, and fun team! If you are passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives through innovative healthcare products, this is your opportunity.
This role offers a chance to join Stryker’s smaller, fast-growing ENT division, supporting surgical specialties with a portfolio of capital, consumables, and disposables.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be a key member of a successful sales team dedicated to improving patient outcomes with our products. Your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing exemplary customer service.
You will develop strong relationships with stakeholders in NHS and private medical sectors, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Responsibilities also include conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, clinical training, and supporting surgical cases in theatres.
The territory covers Scotland and the North East of England. Ideally, the manager will reside within this territory.

What you need:
* Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience)
* Proven success in medical device sales and capital sales
* Ownership mentality with results focus

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Commercial acumen, preferably knowledge of NHS/private sector
* English language proficiency
* Valid driver’s license
* Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
