Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Manufacturing
York | £55,000 | Monday - Friday (40 hours)

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for ensuring smooth operation of production facility through maintenance tasks, fault finding and repairing but mechanical and electrical equipment.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across a wide range of production equipment.
* Provide general Maintenance support
* Responsible for repairs of all equipment when required.
* Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis.
* Troubleshoot and fault finding
* Ensure compliance to all aspects of the company health and safety policy
* Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
* Ensure that all statutory and regulatory checks are carried on schedules in place for all production equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ/ONC Level 3 (or equivalent) in relevant engineering qualification
* Proven experience in a Maintenance Engineer role within manufacturing environments
* Strong background in PPMs and breakdown response
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance techniques.
