Senior Building Surveyor - Leading Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy
Location: Leeds
Salary: £50,000-£58,000 + Benefits (including a 10% pension contribution).

The Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, in addition to project delivery, you will provide high-quality professional Building Surveying services, including condition surveys, building, technical due diligence and dilapidations.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake a broad range of Building Surveying duties across multiple sectors
* Lead client engagement and ensure consistent service delivery
* Conduct building pathology assessments and prepare detailed reports
* Perform due diligence and condition surveys
* Administer contracts and oversee project delivery
About You
* RICS Chartered (MRICS) with a RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree
* Demonstrated experience in both professional and project-based Building Surveying
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* Comfortable working both independently and within a team
* Able to travel within the region and occasionally further afield
