Assistant Transport Manager Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Transport Manager to join a well-established and growing foodservice distribution business based in Uxbridge. This is a critical role with responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy transport department and ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations. Working 11pm – 8am, 6 days a week Monday – Saturday, competitive salary and benefits. The Assistant Transport Manager will support the Transport Manager in the smooth running of the transport operation, leading drivers and ensuring all compliance, service and performance standards are consistently achieved. You will be a hands-on leader with strong organisational and people management skills, able to motivate teams and drive continuous improvement within a fast-paced distribution environment.
