We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Support Administrator to join our Service & Heat team.

The role will involve
* Supporting and ensuring planned maintenance tasks are kept up to date
* Creating service tickets and allocate to engineers as required
* Assisting with planning on site works and co-ordination of Field Service Engineers
* Supporting with organising accommodation for Field Service Engineers
* Liaising with sub-contractors as requested and filing job reports in a timely manner
* Generating purchase orders for equipment/sub-contractors as requested, track parts deliveries with suppliers
* Managing calibration records and arrange equipment testing
* Responsibility for managing the supply of lubricating oil and removal of used oil and coolant from the Flexible Generation sites
* Arranging any hire equipment needed for Field Service Engineers to carry out task
* Assisting store coordinator with any part orders and returns, keeping all records up to date
* Assisting the store coordinator with incoming and outgoing goods
* Assisting the service support coordinator with engineers van stock takes
* Providing holiday cover for Telford store coordinator when required
* Assisting the support desk with incoming telephone calls and email
What we are looking for
Experienced in delivering administration support in a fast moving and demanding operational environment. Our successful candidate will also demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
* Experience in delivering support in a fast moving and demanding operational environment
* The ability to plan and organise maintenance schedules and assign duties
* Experience in delivering operational support in a fast moving and demanding operational environment
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Teams and Outlook etc.
* The ability to balance time between daily and strategic goals whilst managing the teams time to ensure daily tasks are accomplished
* Excellent communicator and commitment to customer service and satisfaction
