Warehouse Shift Manager Location: Wrexham Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time Shift Pattern: Flexible - must be open to nights and day shifts, flexible to where the requirements are Adecco are recruiting on behalf of our key client in Wrexham for an experienced and driven Warehouse Shift Manager to join a large, fast‑paced warehouse operation. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone ready to step up and take full accountability for shift performance. While the role will sometimes involve night shifts, candidates must be fully flexible to work across other shifts when required to support operational demands and site leadership. You will be office‑based within the warehouse but highly visible on the warehouse floor, leading from the front to ensure safe, efficient and people‑focused operations.
