* Client Relationships – Nurture strong connections with buyers, sellers, and investors, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
* Property Listings – Win instructions and bring exciting properties to market with compelling pitches.
* Viewings & Negotiations – Run property tours with confidence and negotiate offers that work for all parties.
* Sales Process Ownership – Manage deals end-to-end, ensuring every stage is handled efficiently and professionally.
* Market Awareness – Stay ahead of property trends and competitor activity to position yourself as a trusted advisor.
