Tayvallich Primary School is seeking a motivated and creative Childcare and Education Worker to join our Early Learning and Childcare team. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong pedagogical knowledge, a nurturing approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with children, colleagues, families, and external partners. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally in a supportive and community-focused environment. Currently the successful candidate would work two days a week at Tayvallich and spend their other three days working around Mid Argyll in ELC settings giving them an excellent opportunity to develop their practice in this beautiful area of Argyll and Bute.
