Quality Engineering Automation Lead
CPS Group is excited to partner with a leading global insurance firm—ranked among the top 10 worldwide—as they continue to evolve their technology capability. We're searching for a Quality Engineering Automation Lead to own the automation strategy, build modern testing frameworks, and drive best practices across a collaborative engineering environment.
This is a high-impact leadership role with a hands-on element—ideal for someone passionate about automation, quality, and scaling robust test practices across complex systems.
* Automation Tools: Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit
* API Testing: REST Assured, SOAP, Web APIs
* Testing Approaches: BDD, continuous testing, performance testing (e.g., JMeter)
* Cloud: Exposure to Azure and modern cloud integration patterns
* Experience: 10+ years in test automation, enterprise-scale frameworks, Agile/DevOps environments
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and performance testing
* Embed test automation into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable delivery
* Champion quality engineering and test automation adoption across product teams
* Mentor engineers and embed best practices for automation and continuous testing
* Define quality metrics and drive improvements in test coverage and effectiveness
* Troubleshoot flaky or inefficient test suites and streamline testing pipelines
* Work closely with QA, DevOps, and software engineers to refine automation strategy
