Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Basingstoke for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of our printing and graphics production, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of projects. This role includes scheduling and managing production staff, coordinating with clients to meet their needs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards. The Production Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
* Experience in production management and operations in the graphics or printing industry
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to coordinate with clients and manage client expectations
* Knowledge of lithographic, digital, and large format UV flatbed printing processes
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills
* Understanding of environmental standards and sustainability practices
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work on-site in Basingstoke
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in production management or graphic communications are a plus
