Teaching Assistant – Primary School in Helston
Salary: £89–£95 per day

Teaching Personnel are seeking a supportive, enthusiastic T.A to work across KS1 and KS2 in a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Helston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly while making a real impact on pupils’ learning and well-being.
Whether you’re looking for part-time work around other commitments or full-time hours within a friendly school setting, this role can be tailored to suit you.
Role Responsibilities:
* Providing support to pupils across KS1 and KS2, including occasional 1:1 support
* Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
* Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting pupils’ emotional needs
* Supporting small groups or individual pupils to boost progress
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience working within a primary school setting (KS1 or KS2)
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Availability for flexible hours – part-time or full-time
✔ A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
