We’re looking for an experienced, hands on Showroom Sales Manager to lead sales performance and day to day showroom operations. This role is all about results, driving revenue, improving conversion, and leading a high performing sales team while delivering outstanding customer service.
You will be responsible for setting the standard on the sales floor, ensuring operational excellence, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth, conversion rates, and achievement of agreed sales targets
* Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Team to maximise performance
* Provide strong leadership on the showroom floor with a customer‑first approach
* Manage day-to-day showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures
* Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandising, and product layout
* Ensure operational and sales standards are consistently met
* Manage people performance, including feedback, coaching, and engagement
* Complete all administrative tasks and reporting accurately and on time
* Work closely with sales, service, and technical teams to support smooth operations

Proven experience in a retail or showroom sales management role
Strong sales focus with the ability to drive results through your team
Confident leader who leads from the front
High attention to detail and strong operational discipline
Reliable and available to work Thursday to Monday
