Main duties of the job
F2F/E-consults/Telephone consultations with patients.
Long term conditions
Medication reviews
Reviewing/Actioning Pathology
EPS sign off
Involvement in QOF/IIF and local contracts
About us
We have just under 16652 patients. Currently, 2 GP Partners, 1 clinical Partner and 1 non-clinical Partners, 3 GP's,3 ANP's, 4 Practice Nurse, 4 GPA's, 2 Clinical Pharmacist and 2 FCP, and an administration team of 29 staff members.
Friendly team, fantastic admin support and a supportive educational environment.
Single site practice, recently extended and full renovation. We work closely with attached community services.

Person Specification
Experience
* A medical practitioner whose name is included in the
* General Practitioner Register under article 10 of the
* General and Specialist Medical Practice Order 2003
* Not subject to suspension under section 41A of the
* Medical Act 1983
* Qualified General Practitioner (completed certificate of
* Completion of Training CCT)
* Currently on a PCT performers list and not suspended from
* that list or from the medical register
* CRB clearance
* Have had an annual NHS appraisal
* Recent experience of working in general practice in the UK.
* Commitment to and experience of working as part of a multi disciplinary and skill mixed team environment.
* Experience of working to achieve standards within the Quality
* and Outcome Framework (QOF)
* Understand the health and social needs of a local practice
* Commitment to personal and professional development
* Commitment to education and training
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Understanding of the current issues and challenges facing
* primary care
