Working hours: Full time, 45 hours per week, 07:00-16:30, Monday to Friday.
About the role:
As a Bespoke Landscaping Team Leader, you will supervise a small team working on various bespoke, high-quality soft and hard landscaping projects within our construction area. Projects may include new builds, front lawns, rear gardens, or public open spaces. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills, expand your knowledge, and deliver high-quality work on exciting contracts.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in soft & hard landscaping, including planting, turfing, mulching, tree planting, and seeding.
* Hard landscaping experience is advantageous.
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
* A full valid UK driving licence.
* A valid CSCS card is preferred but not essential; willingness to obtain one is required.
* Strong health and safety awareness.
