Monday-Friday 8am-10am
Saturday & Sunday 8am-10am
We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Host to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences in a restaurant or hotel setting.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their tables
- Assist in seating arrangements to ensure efficient table rotation
- Provide menus, coffees and juices.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pub and restaurant.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and assist with customer inquiries
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality role is advantageous
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer queries efficiently
- Familiarity with restaurant or hotel guest services is desirable
