Are you looking to launch a career where you’ll build strong customer partnerships, drive growth and sharpen your commercial skills from day one?

As a Graduate Sales Account Handler with GM Packaging, you’ll manage and grow a varied portfolio – working with everyone from local businesses to major national and international brands.

This is a hands‑on role focused entirely on sales, account development and customer success – you’ll be at the heart of building revenue and loyalty, with no finance‑led responsibilities.

GM Packaging is a leading food packaging wholesaler serving the UK and Europe. We’re recognised for delivering sustainable, value‑focused solutions and for nurturing long‑term, trusted relationships with our customers.


What you’ll be doing

* Managing, supporting and growing your own portfolio of customer accounts
* Building rapport, responding to enquiries and acting as the main point of contact
* Preparing competitive quotes, processing orders and following up on sales leads
* Spotting opportunities to upsell, cross‑sell and increase account value
* Resolving queries quickly and professionally to maintain high service standards
* Keeping internal systems up to date and supporting sales reporting & forecasting


What we’re looking for

* A recent graduate – any degree subject is welcome, as long as you are clear you want to build a career in sales and account management
* A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with people and influencing outcomes
* Organised, detail‑focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
* Proactive, resilient and eager to learn and develop commercially
* A team player with a strong customer and sales mindset
* Previous customer‑facing or sales experience is a bonus – but great attitude is what matters most
