Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesDeliver science-related content within the T level Health modules and other Level 2 courses with engaging lessonsDesign and develop course materials that bring theory to life and reflect current industry practices covering human biology, health conditions, nutrition and infection controlInspire learners to explore careers in health, social care and science through real-world examples, enrichment activitiesPrepare them for careers in nursing, midwifery, allied health professionals and more. Students will undertake industry-based placements predominantly within the NHS. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to aid successCollaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practicesLiaise with external agencies and care providers to enrich the learning experienceCollaborate with a passionate team that values innovation, inclusion and student accessBeneficial Skills & QualificationsA Level 5 teaching qualification (or be willing to work towards during employment)Either a professional qualification in healthcare, or recent experience in Health & Social Care OR a science specialism with a passion for applied learning, especially biology within healthcare.
