Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
* Client audit assignments: in-house preparation and attendance at client premises (70% of the role)
* Other duties such as preparing accounts and drafting tax computations (30%)
* Planning audits for review by Manager/Partner
* Preparing compliance tests and required paperwork prior to assignments
* Undertaking assigned tasks on client premises according to plan
* Regular liaison with office or onsite supervisor, including problem-solving
* Controlling your own assignment time within the pre-determined budget
* Professional liaison with clients and their staff
* Completing work to the satisfaction of the Manager
* Finalising accounts, completing files, and preparing tax computations
* Assisting and supervising new trainees and less experienced team members as required
Requirements
For this position, you will need:
* To be ACA/ACCA Part or Fully qualified
* 2-3 years of experience in planning and working on audits of various sizes
* Client-facing experience
* Good interpersonal and organisational skills
* A professional appearance and attitude
* Team player mentality
* Enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges
* Highly organised with proven time management skills
