CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for Machine Operatives/ Sawyers on behalf of our client based in Wigan.
Responsibilities:
* Cutting of raw materials to specifications.
* Using machinery and tools and ensuring that all products meet the required specifications
* Using math skills to follow specification sheets
* Setting up and operating machinery
* Keeping records and maintaining equipment
* Adept with use of power tools (saw, bench saw, multi-rip saw)
* Maintaining health and safety guidelines.
* An eye for detail, critical to quality
* Comfortable with a degree of manual handling
Skills:
* Math skills
* Pervious experience using hand and power tools
* Have an eye for detail
* Can work alone and use their own initiative, be organized, reliable and trustworthy
Working hours:Mon - Fri, 07:30AM to 16:30PM
Payrate:£14 Per Hour
