Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Research & Development Manager to lead our R&D team in driving the development of new products and enhancing existing offerings. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the R&D team, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
* Develop and implement research strategies that align with company objectives.
* Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of experiments to validate product concepts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance to ensure seamless product development.
* Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product innovation.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on research findings for stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards throughout the research process.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimise project outcomes.
Experience
* A degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline; a postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
* Proven experience in a research and development role, preferably within a similar industry.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in data analysis software and research tools is desirable.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
