We’re looking for a Senior Security Service Engineer to join our servicing team, supporting Access Control and CCTV systems, alongside intruder and fire systems, across live client environments. The role This is a hands-on senior servicing role focused on fault-finding, preventative maintenance, and high-quality customer support. You’ll act as a senior technical point of contact for servicing works, taking ownership of complex and recurring issues across both physical hardware and system software, while helping to maintain the long-term client relationships SecureWais is known for. The role suits someone who takes pride in doing the job properly, communicates clearly with clients, and approaches servicing with both technical care and commercial awareness.
