Our client is a well-established manufacturing company based in Redditch, looking for a highly organised and proactive Purchasing & Sales Administrator to support both our purchasing and sales administration teams. This is a varied role that will suit someone who thrives in a busy office environment and enjoys working across multiple functions.
Purchasing & Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities
o Providing administrative support to both the purchasing and sales departments
o Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
o Managing shared inboxes and responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner
o Delivering excellent customer service via email and phone
o Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
o Arranging deliveries and coordinating logistics
o Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
