The varied duties include:
* Accounts payable.
* Approving and processing expenses.
* Processing pre-paid card expenses.
* Purchase order creation.
* Supporting the Finance team and the business in day-to-day queries.
Desirable:
* Highly organised, agile worker with ability to multitask and prioritise.
* Strong time management skills, ensuring work deadlines are met.
* Independent person who can also work as part of a friendly, flexible, dynamic team.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong IT Skills and sound understanding of Excel.
Advantage:
* Previous experience in this type of work.
* Experience with Xero.
* Recognised accountancy qualification.
