The Role Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance and working on a hybrid basis, duties and responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst will include: Take full ownership of the month-end process, including preparing, reviewing, and ensuring accuracy of journals, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations. Act as a key financial business partner to commercial teams, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations. Conduct variance analyses to evaluate performance against budgets or forecasts, highlighting trends and areas of opportunity or concern. Forge relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing, sales) to align financial strategies with broader organisational goals.
