What your days will look like
You will join our team of experts specialising in supporting clients with their Pillar Two Compliance, Corporate Tax Compliance and Tax Accounting obligations. Our clients range from multinationals to smaller mid-tier clients across a wide range of industry sectors, providing you with opportunities to broaden your technical knowledge.
You will work alongside other tax specialists managing a range of activities for the clients in your portfolio including:
1. Delivery of Pillar Two compliance services, including leading engagements, data collection and analysis, review of Pillar Two compliance calculations, and submission of returns
2. Reviewing the organisation, analysis, and formatting of raw data into
3. standardised templates for tax compliance purposes
4. Review and submission of corporation tax returns
5. Review and submission of tax accounting deliverables
6. Having a high level of client contact and being responsible for organising, monitoring and managing your own workload
7. Coaching and mentoring team members
8. Budget monitoring
This role is for you if:
9. Technical knowledge of the global Pillar Two rules and filing requirements
10. Experience of preparing/reviewing transitional safe harbour and full rules calculations
11. Strong UK corporate tax skills
12. Must possess an accountancy or tax professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA or similar) (or
13. Developed client service ethos and can adopt a flexible approach to meeting client needs
14. Be able to establish, build, and maintain a good working relationship with key decision makers
15. Data literacy and analytical skills
16. Working on a global basis with remote teams, including Delivery Centres
17. The ability to provide clear, constructive feedback on quality and accuracy
18. A continuous process improvement mindset
19. Strong coaching skills
20. Desirable to have UK GAAP and IFRS tax accounting experience
