Overview
* A highly skilled Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought to join a growing residential property department in Cambridge.
* As the selected Residential Property Lawyer you will be conducting a full and challenging caseload of residential property matters such as sales and purchases, transfer of equity, freehold and leasehold and also new builds.
* Managing an existing caseload you will be acting on behalf of private residential clients and developers and be expected to play an active role in business development.
* You will either be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with circa 1+ years PQE in conducting your own caseload of residential property matters such as transfer of equity, sales and purchases, remortgages and both freehold and leasehold matters.
* This position would suit client‑focused individuals who are in need of a new challenge within a friendly and supportive environment.
