A highly regarded boutique investment firm with a global remit is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to support a dynamic team of six investment professionals including two partners. This is a well-established corporate finance group and offers a collaborative and forward-thinking culture.
The Role:
This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring strong organisational skills and a proactive approach. Key responsibilities include:
* Diary and complex travel management
* Coordination of client meetings and high quality documentation
* Acting as a liaison between internal teams and portfolio companies
* Working closely with an EA and assisting with any additional projects
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within financial services or professional services
* Used to working within a team culture at pace
* Confident, adaptable, and solutions-focused
* Able to manage competing priorities and work with initiative
* Available immediately or on a short notice period (not suitable for 1-month+ notice)
